(Not So) Windy City
Last weekend I was introduced to the city of Chicago thanks to my two coworkers and the annual occurrence of Lollapalooza.
Hands down, this alone made me want to plan another trip out to Chicago...Graham Elliot Bowles had a food stand set up. Behold, the lobster corndog with lemon aioli accompanied by sweet tea (and the downtown skyline in the background).
