(Not to try to excuse my lack of blogging, but prior to this most recent weekend, I was out of town the past 3 weekends...Pensacola-NYC-DC/Baltimore.)
The first are from the annual Fall for Greenville food festival. Two Chef's Low Country Pork Osso Bucco & Stone Ground Grits was the first time I've ever enjoyed grits.
Today, Mom and Dad paid a visit to their Upstate-residing children and we tried out Smoke on the Water which was amazing (barring the slightly dry brisket...Dad's definitely wins) and Blueberry Frog (review will have to come from Aleki and Mom).
Well it's about time.
