Hello hello. Six months into the "real world," and I've finally sat down to document life as I now know it.
Quite a bit of traveling was done since I walked across the stage at the 1st Mariner Arena and got a hug from Freeman, and I currently find myself about 700 miles south-west of where I've spent the majority of my past four years.
Hours spent in ITE have been replaced with hours spent in the building pictured here, 3200 Wildwood Parkway aka 3200. I still say "water" like a true Jersey native and infuse my conversation with the habitual "like," but apparently I've also picked up some GE-speak tendencies as well as the occasional "y'all."
Life in the South has been interesting and educational, professionally and personally. I spend about 40-50 hours a week navigating the corporate world by being part of a rotational program in a global business, true. But in the past fall, I've learned how to play cricket (with my CIO), shotgun a beer (yes, I know. I should've learned that in college), raft in up to class 4 white water rapids (in Tennessee!), understand the game of polo (it's like croquet on horseback) and score a limited edition t-shirt from a local graphic design collective (there are only 36 in existence).
Work hard, play hard. Welcome to my post-undergrad life.

Excellent dear, when you gonna post that picture of you "shotgunning that beer"?
